Olivia Giordano, a Junior for Division 3 powerhouse Rowan has led the team to an unbeaten 13-0-2 record, and a tie for first place in the NJAC with an 8-0-0 conference record. Giordano leads the team with 15 goals, and this week scored twice against Kean and once in the team's big win over Ramapo. Having reached double digit goals all three seasons, she now has 38 career collegiate goals.
Giordano and Rowan face previous EDP College POTW Victoria D'Imperio and TCNJ, who are also 8-0-0 in the NJAC, on Wednesday for the Conference regular season title. Giordano leads the NJAC with her 15 goals, and D'Imperio is fourth with 12 goals.
During her youth career with Millville SA Pride, Giordano led her team to be one of the most successful in her club's history. She won back to back NJYS State Cup Championships in 2021 and 2022, just narrowly missing out on the USYS Regional Semi-Finals in 2021. Winner of several EDP Cup Showcases, she was named to the EDP Cup Spring Showcase 2021 Best XI.
