Johnny Troiano, a Junior for Division 3 Program Rowan University, scored two goals against Mary Washington, the # 1 ranked team in the nation. The two goals bring Troiano's season total to eight goals, putting him tied for 4th in the nation in goals scored and is leading 9th ranked Rowan with 18 points. For his career, he now has 28 goals and 11 assists in 49 games.
During his youth career with Dutchmen FC, he was part of the 2004 boys team that won the 2022 NJYS State Cup, and finished tied for 1st place in the one of the strongest USYS National League Conferences in the Country. The squad was also champions of the EDP Cup Showcases, and other top events around the country. At St John Vianney, he scored 23 goals his senior year and holds the school record for points in a career with 104 (43 goals, 18 assists).
