EDP Soccer Florida concluded the season with its annual End of Fall Season Playoffs on December 14-15, 2024. Hosted at Fred Poppe Regional Park in Palm Bay, FL, the top teams from around the state competed to be crowned EDP Florida Competitive League Champions. The event featured the League’s top 9U-12U Boys and Girls age groups, and teams earned their spot through their results during the Fall season.
This Fall, EDP Soccer continued to see growth in the League, with over 1,050 teams from more than 130 clubs participating, and over 4,700 games scheduled. The playoffs created cross-region matchups, having top teams play each other from across the state.

Coerfontaine FC 13B Premier came out of Group A, opening their weekend with a strong 4-0 win over Winter Park FC 2013 Select Boys. In their second match, they once again scored four goals defeating Ormond Beach SC Apollo 2013B Red 4-2. They closed out group play with a 3-0 win against CH4 Soccer Academy 2013. In the final, they would come up against another South Florida powerhouse – Weston FC 2013 Boys Future Elite II. Weston FC rolled through the competition in Bracket B with three big victories, and showed their strength in the final, defeating Coerfontaine FC 3-0 to win the championship.
Pinecrest Premier Soccer 2013 Pre GA showed nerves of steel on the final day of competition. In the semi-final, they drew Florida Rush 2013G FAL 1-1 and would go on to win 4-2 in a penalty shootout. In the final, they went back and forth with Palm Beach Garden Predators 2013 Girls Elite, with the score ending 3-3 in regulation and once again seeing a penalty shootout. Pinecrest Premier pulled it off again, winning the shootout 5-4 to claim the championship.
The championship match came down to the # 1 and # 2-ranked teams in the Nation. Juventus Academy Miami Doral Baggio, ranked # 1, and ONE FC B2014 Black, ranked # 2, both showed why they are the nation's top teams all weekend long. Both teams went 3-0-0 in the group stages and in the final, it was ONE FC who was better on the day and came away with a 3-1 win.
Florida Rush 2014G FAL won each of their matches, and kept a clean sheet in the final, defeating Cooper City Optimist COBRAS G 2014 3-0. The championship performance topped off a fantastic season for the team, where they finished 5-2-1 in league play, scoring 23 goals and allowing just seven.
ONE FC B2015 Black showed why they are a top 10 ranked team in the nation over the weekend, putting in four strong performances on their way to the championship. Ranked # 8 in the nation, they came out of gates with a 4-1 win over a top FD Football Club 2015B Black side and never looked back. Two more wins booked their spot in the final where they would defeat Barça Academy Pro Miami B2015 De Jong 3-0.
Coerfontaine FC 15G Premier was the only team to finish the group stages 3-0-0. They would match up with Pinecrest Premier Soccer 2015 Girls White in the final who finished 2-0-1 in the group stage. In an extremely closely contested match, it was Pinecrest Premier who came out on top with a 3-2 victory.
The final was a battle of two 3-0-0 teams, seeing Weston FC 2016 Future Elite II take on Coerfontaine FC 16B Premier. Coerfontaine FC made the final by defeating Pinecrest Premier Soccer 2016 Boys Blue 3-1, as both teams sat on six points with a chance at the final on the line. Coerfontaine FC used that momentum against a fantastic Weston FC 2016 Future Elite II team, and the high-scoring match went back and forth, with Coerfontaine FC ending up on top by a 4-3 scoreline for the championship.
Azzurri Storm 2016 Girls Purple and Pinecrest Premier 2016 Girls Blue played twice over the weekend, once in group play, and then met again in the final. In the group stage game, Pinecrest Premier won 2-1, but the final was another story, with Azzuri Storm’s attack unable to be stopped, propelling them to the championship win.
