EDP Soccer College Showcase Events

EDP Soccer (EDP) often contracts official photography and/or videography service partner providers for showcase events. Therefore, no other professional photo or video recording/capturing service shall be permitted at the venues where these service providers are present as outlined and identified in official EDP event materials and communications. Only personal, non-commercial photography and video recording is permitted by participants if filming and capture does not interfere with gameplay and is conducted in a safe and non-disruptive manner as deemed acceptable by EDP Soccer. EDP Soccer reserves the right to limit, restrict, or stop video recording at its sole discretion at any time, before, during, or after an event. Coaches, club and team officials, as well as family, friends, and fans of players shall be permitted to photograph or videotape the games, for non-commercial purposes, provided that such person or persons do not interfere with EDP Soccer’s officially contracted photographer’s and videographer’s duties, do not use professional ‘elevated’ equipment (above 5ft), or in a location that is deemed as unsafe, undesirable, or distracting to the playing environment or venue. If, in the opinion of the EDP Tournament Director, such person or persons filming from 5ft or above and/or are inhibiting photographers and videographers from performing his or her duties, EDP shall require the person to stop all further capture/recording. No external structures (scaffolds, large tripods, etc.) will be permitted to be erected on site at any event venue without the prior approval by the EDP Tournament Director. If you would like to license, sell, or resell any content recorded or captured at EDP events, you must have prior approval from EDP Soccer. EDP Soccer Non-Showcase Events

Currently, EDP Soccer is not contracted with any photography or videography capturing service providers for non-showcase events but may do so at any time in the future. Therefore, personal, non-commercial photo and video capturing is permitted at any event venue, unless otherwise noted in event materials and communications. If you would like to erect photo or video recording equipment or structures (scaffolds, elevated tripods, etc.) at any event venue, you must have prior approval from the EDP Tournament Director. If you would like to license, sell, or resell any content recorded or captured at EDP events, you must have prior approval from EDP Soccer. All EDP Soccer Events

No drones are permitted at any EDP Soccer event or venue without prior approval by the EDP Tournament Director. EDP Soccer does not allow any third-party professional photography or videography capturing or editing services at their events without the prior approval of EDP Soccer. EDP Soccer does not allow the licensing, sale, or resale of any content recorded or captured at their events without the prior approval of the EDP Soccer. PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING PHOTO/VIDEO/AUDIO RECORDING, CAPTURE & USE AT EDP SOCCER EVENTS

Photo, Video, and Audio Recording, Capture and Use

Elite Development Program Soccer (EDP) reserves the right to use any photograph, video, or audio recordings taken publicly at any contracted facility or event produced by EDP or its contracted vendors and business partners, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph, video, or audio. EDP may use photographs, video footage, or audio in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by EDP, including, but not limited to: brochures, flyers, invitations, catalogs, books, advertisements, radio, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, email, video, signage, social media, multimedia, broadcast or live stream, promotions, training and educational materials, marketing and sales materials, any and all forms of communication, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, subjects in photography, video and audio will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the recorded subject or, if a minor, their parent or legal guardian. A person entering an EDP owned or contracted facility or attending an EDP event who does not wish to have their image or audio recorded for distribution should make their wishes known in advance to the event photographer/videographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact EDP at 8 Cornwall Court, East Brunswick, NJ 08816, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph/headshot. EDP will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence. By the act of an individual entering an EDP facility, participating in an EDP event, or by failing to notify EDP, in writing, of their desire to not have their image or audio used by EDP, its contracted vendors or business partners; they are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify EDP, its vendors, business partners, heirs, licensees or assignees from any and all claims involving the use of their picture or likeness. Any person, business or organization not affiliated with or contracted by EDP may not use, copy, alter or modify EDP photographs, graphics, audio, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from EDP.

Please be aware. When you enter an Elite Development Program Soccer (EDP) event or facility, you will be entering an area where photography, video, and audio recording may occur. By entering an EDP event or facility premises, you and any dependents under your care agree to consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other communication or promotional purpose by EDP and its affiliates, business partners, vendors, and their representatives. You release EDP, its officers and employees, its successors, assigns, licensees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering an EDP event or facility premises, you and any dependents under your care waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by EDP or the person or entity designated to do so by EDP. You and any dependents under your care have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event or facility.
